The Grand Tour Citroen C3 Aircross epic review by Jeremy Clarkson | The Grand Tour Season 3

In the Grand Tour Season 3 Episode 9 Jeremy Clarkson reviews the Citroen C3 Aircross and puts it through some distinctly unusual tests.
Enjoy and please consider subscribing.
The ever-opinionated Jeremy Clarkson took to the roads of France to show the true capabilities of the Citroen C3 Aircross. Jeremy Clarkson embarks on an elaborate and extremely thorough test of the Citroen C3 Aircross as he attempts to demonstrate to his sceptical colleagues Richard Hammond and James May that the Citroen C3 Aircross is better!
So what are the test that Jeremy Clarkson puts the Citroen C3 Aircross through?
1: Is the Citroen C3 Aircross faster than itself?
The top speed of the Citroen C3 Aircross model that Jeremy Clarkson was driving was 115 mph. He shows how it can achieve more..much more.
2: Can the Citroen C3 Aircross pull a 13,000 tonne ship?
Without doubt this is perhaps the most extreme of tests. A feat that you would expect to be impossible. With many doubters onlooking, Jeremy Clarkson shows the tenacious Citroen C3 Aircross can truly tow more than you could imagine.
3: Is the boot big enough for a horse?
This is for you to find out.....
4: Would the Citroen C3 Aircross work for the French police?
A custom tuned De Tomaso, an impossibly long French baguette and a worrying moustache, makes for a highly entertaining cops and robbers chase through the streets of France..
5: Could a Tunisian general use the Citroen C3 Aircross to invade Italy?
This task really should have been titled “Can it climb every mountain like Julie Andrews” but nevertheless, the Citroen C3 Aircross’ Grip Control feature is put to the ultimate test amongst the Alps.

Never enjoyed watching episodes where they wreck cars that I couldn't even afford with a 10 year loan...

This is probably the best car review from all the 3 seasons of The Grand Tour. This is one of the very few reviews from Grand Tour/Top Gear that made me go "Wow, that was such a joy to watch."

This just proves that ANYONE who drives a Peugeot or Citroen is completely and utterly f**ked in the head! ... I'm on my fifth one...

@The GT Special Nah, they didn't crash too well! Never binned them but tech moves on. SW20 MR2 3SGTE and S13 CA18DET and HR31 RB20DET Silvertop so wasn't f**king about! The Prius V was for Uber. My Prius before that was an ex-taxi that drove perfect with 600,000km's on the clock

@Russell Garrand thanks for sharing your interesting story though not that interesting Prius btw(sorry) 😁 Bet it wasn't popular with Aussies... Do you still have your old rice burner? Bet it didnt have more than 120 bhp and thats after considering you used to import parts...😆

@The GT Special Got smashed up the arse in my Prius V/Alpha. The insurance company refused to take it off me and the seats were that bad, my back would spasm after five minutes of driving it post crash, so had to sell it. I found that Peugeot's went cheap at the auction's in Australia so I went down that rabbit hole... I used to interpret and import parts for my old JDM riceburner's so it wasn't much of a stretch getting parts from France/UK anyway. Price mainly, they can be a bit of a problem but if you know what you are doing they really aren't that bad

@The GT Special It would do with his 1950s tests because that's when the car came out. This came out in 2019 or so so it has to deal with 2019 Clarksons tests. Of course it cannot comprehend. a 70s supercar isn't as fast as a modern supercar. Things (usually) are getting better when they get newer

The Citroen 2CV is a classic marvel and an worthy predecessor but don't think it wud be able to keep up with Clarkson's modern tests.....
